Guangdong is scheduled to hold its provincial high-quality development conference on February 18 in Shenzhen. Many foreign enterprises expressed their confidence for the region's path towards high-quality development.

In recent years, more and more global leading enterprises are setting up their innovation hubs and R&D centers in Guangdong. Lee Chee Kong, President of Carlsberg China, told SFC reporter that Carlsberg will set up its first R&D center outside Europe in Guangdong's Foshan.

Lee pointed out that the Greater Bay Area has a high-quality business environment, a prosperous economy, strong consumption power and demographic advantages. "The business environment in Guangdong will be further enhanced," said Lee, "solidifying its position as one of the world's best investment destinations."
